Cancellation is a two-click flow inside the dashboard. We don't make you talk to anyone, fill out a survey, or wait. You drop to the Free tier at the end of your current billing period, and your data is preserved.
Until the cycle ends, your subscription is marked as "cancelling" but every feature still works. We don't paywall you the day you click cancel.
Everything in your workspace stays: audits, rank-tracking keywords and their history, integrations, team members, server connections, API credentials. The only changes after cancellation:
If you change your mind, go to Settings → Subscription before the cycle ends and click "Cancel scheduled cancellation". Your plan resumes uninterrupted. After the cycle ends, you can re-subscribe at any time from the same screen – full access is restored within an hour of payment.
Cancelling drops you to Free; it doesn't delete your account. To delete the entire account including all data, go to Settings → Profile → Delete account. We confirm twice (it's irreversible), then queue the deletion. After 30 days everything is purged from production. Backups roll off within 90 days.
No. The scheduled charge for the next cycle is removed the moment you click cancel. Your last charge is the one that started the current cycle.
Annual plans within the first 60 days get a prorated refund. Outside that window we credit the remaining time against a future plan. Monthly plans run to the end of the current month – no refund, but you keep using the plan until then.
They keep their seats but in read-only mode. To remove them entirely, do that before cancelling so they stop seeing your data immediately.
