Content-gap analysis compares a domain's ranking footprint against selected competitors and surfaces queries the competitors capture that the domain does not.
How it is calculated
The analysis intersects the ranking keyword sets of two or more domains, subtracts the target domain's coverage, and orders the result by search volume, difficulty, and business relevance.
Example
A SaaS brand discovers 340 informational queries where its top three competitors all rank in the top ten but the brand itself has no page. The gap directly informs a 12-week editorial roadmap.
How SEM Optimiser reports it
The content-gap report allows up to five competitor domains and filters by intent, difficulty band, and SERP-feature presence.
